The story

More than a last name

At seven years old, looking for a father figure, a boy walked into Mike Eierman's room. Mike gave him a stance, then a home and a family. That boy became Jaydin Eierman.

Mike built the legacy of Eierman Elite, the mind and the technique. Tony runs operations as head coach, and Jaydin carries the legacy forward. The culture is the same in both rooms at William Woods: strong grades, sharp technique, and a staff that treats athletes like family.

The room that raised champions is now open to you.
